Plume ships within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled through Printful, our production and fulfillment partner.

Made to Order

Every Plume product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your mug, tote, flag, or hat is produced individually, on demand, before it ships.

This approach means your order takes a little longer to arrive than a pre-stocked item would. It also means nothing is made that isn't needed. No excess inventory, no overproduction, no waste. We think that’s a better way to make things, and we appreciate that you do too.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time includes both production and transit. The estimates below reflect the full window from order placement to delivery. All times are in business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and conditions outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@plumewild.com with your order number.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email. You can use that information to follow your shipment directly through the carrier.

Carrier Delays

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Plume is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If you experience a significant delay, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Plume is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@plumewild.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make a correction before the order enters production.
