Refund policy

Please read this policy before placing an order. All sales are final. Plume does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or order errors made by the customer.

The one exception is documented damage or defect. If your order arrives in a condition that is clearly not as described, we want to know about it and we will make it right.

 

No Returns

Plume does not accept returns. All sales are final at the time of purchase. This applies to all products in the store, regardless of condition, use, or reason for the request.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at hello@plumewild.com and we will be happy to help.

 

No Exchanges

Plume does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you are welcome to place a new order separately.

 

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund under this policy, you must:

 

•  Inspect your order upon receipt

 

•  Contact us at hello@plumewild.com within 7 days of delivery

 

•  Include your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or defect

 

Requests submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, or without photographic documentation, will not be eligible for review.

We will review your submission and respond within two business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at hello@plumewild.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve the issue promptly.
